Was disappointed in the lack of communication. Was to receive emails on options to fix my moms wedding ring. Never receive even after checking about my options. Then received call it was ready but would have like the head to be fixed.
I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for them. I lost my engagement ring and went in to see about the possibility of getting one identical to mine. Without hesitation they made sure I had a ring the very next day for my engagement pictures.

I had ideas of the ring that I wanted, but I was clueless as to the 4cs and most importantly cost. I had a budget that I wanted to stick too and no one tried to go over it, just I did! 😀.Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to explain and to answer my questions.
