I just had a very pleasant experience with this dealership! They (specifically Andy) took care of my vehicle and took care of me. I have a custom van that had a rodent problem. The dealership went above and beyond the call of duty and arranged for an outside detail shop to clean up the problem. (And, the dealership did not mark up the cost even though they made the arrangements with the detail shop.) Then the service department completed the repairs at a cost much less than I was expecting. Never come on Saturday they under Staffed also very badly manage . 1 advisor only in service . They don’t know what they doing . They urgently need better management . They need to improve their communication with the customer
"Boggus" Tipton is a fitting name for this place. We agreed upon a price for a vehicle, they ran my credit, and then they suddenly claimed someone else bought it while we were working the deal. Why hard pull my credit in the first place just to waste my time and impact my score? Scott Gilbert/JR Vega, the sales managers, do not honor their agreements and their word means absolutely nothing. Avoid this place if you value transparency and honesty. So much for "no" gimmicks!
