**** Update. 02/2026 - I still stand by my review of the Sales team (see below), however, my first (and last) experience with the Service Depart will cause me to not give Bogus Tipton another dime. I did not expect to be fighting over a $25 part with a 4 month old Jeep Gladiator Rubicon X that has 2300 miles on it, but here we are, and away I go. BYE. 11/2025 - The Bogus Tipton Jeep sales team is great. I got a very fair deal and did not have to fight to get it. Great buying experience.

"AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS! I recently had a vehicle serviced at this dealership and the experience was absolutely appalling. From the moment I dropped off my truck, I had to wait days just to get a simple update on the status of my vehicle.
