I’ve had the worst possible service at Boggus Lincoln. I’ve made several calls to try to fix my Lincoln Aviator. Their response is that they don’t have a demo unit! 6 weeks !!! I have a 90k truck with screen issues , ABS issues , electric seats don’t work , and the girls at service tell me that they don’t have a demo unit and therefore they can’t repair my Aviator because it takes 3 days to fix. Very happy that Boggus Lincoln was able to get me just the vehicle I was wanting. Joe de la Garza and Robert Lucio were so helpful and understanding of my needs. They were accommodating too, since I live in Harlingen, by bringing me vehicles to test drive. I’m very happy with my new car!

Sales staff did not offer an in store orientation session before I left the lot with my new car. Then manager dodged my calls when I tried to talk to him about it. I should of looked for a Lincoln in San Antonio or Austin.
