My beautician, Robin makes miracles for this hair...I do declare!!! Everyone is pleasant, the atmosphere is nice and it is clean. All the stylist can do hair and it looks good.
One of cleanest salons I’ve ever been to. The workers there are so friendly! I love everything about it❤️ Major shout out to my new stylist Robin, she’s amazing!
Honestly, the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Megan seemed very inexperienced and took 2 HOURS to do a fill. It came out looking so horrible, I had to go to a different salon to fix it because it looked worse than when I walked in. Every cuticle had space and the shape came out different on every nail. I also got burnt 2 times from her holding the sander on my nail. If you go here, please get someone other than her because it seems they had really good reviews apart from her.
My experience today at this location was poor and rude. The male stylist did not inform anyone of my presence. He then finished a customer and left me ignored for over 25 minutes. Last, they offer walk in service but couldn't patronise me as a walk in.
In regard to the negative response above, I was at the salon during the customer’s visit; it did not go down in the way she explained. She was greeted nicely & asked if she had an appointment? Every effort to accommodate this lady was made along with apologies for her having to wait. If you don’t have an appointment, then sometimes you have wait for the next opening; that’s just the way it is. I’ve been a patron of this salon for over 3 years; I am always treated with kindness, professionalism & respect.
Love the employees and the atmosphere. ALWAYS friendly and professional. Love Kurryn Grant. She is a fantastic stylist and has a caring and giving spirit. I would recommend Bogarts to everyone. Been going here for several years.
It’s always a great experience when I go to Bogart’s! I’ve been going here for over 2 years seeing Kurryn Grant and she always gets my hair right. She’s done my nails and eyebrows too! I have no complaints on the quality of service I pay for and the great customer service I receive. All of the employees are friendly and caring!
