Truly the type of law firm you NEED to avoid! They will do their best to run up a large bill and in my opinion did not have my best interest in mind. They will use scare tactics to drive up litigation. Please please please do yourself and your bank account a favor and avoid this firm. Sometimes things are expensive and worth it, in this case it is not, period.

Don't hire this firm. I hired Jeff Bogart and he was only interested in being paid and grossly overcharged me. He lost my case by not being prepared, getting the facts wrong, missing deadlines and making careless mistakes. He was unprofessional and constantly betrayed my client confidentiality to people not connected to my case. He acted confident and smug, but the other lawyers ran circles around him. I was embarrassed that he was my lawyer.
