I was fixing my Daughters Jeep when she was stranded 30 miles from home. I called for advice when I ran into trouble and was pleasently supprised on how nice and helpful they were on the phone helping me to get her back on the road. All he asked for after I thanked him was to try to send him some business if I get a chance. I worked as a Sevice Department Director at a car dealership for 30 years and embarrasingly, my Service Advisors wouldn't have been that nice and helpful. Thank you for helping me help my baby. :)
