I took both of my sons here yesterday to get hair cuts. We made appointments prior to showing up and we had been here 2 times prior. My youngest son went first and me and my older son waited in the waiting area and talked quietly. About halfway thru the haircut I felt like I had something in my throat it had became dry and I started choking and coughing. Had my haircut today Bogards in Hagerstown, MD. I was disappointed. They were running late. That wasn't a big deal. Brian did a great job. The problem was when they tried to over charge me. I usually pay $30.00. That's a bit pricey for a man's haircut. No problem. The receptionist wanted to charge me $48.00 instead. I refused to pay that much. Outrageous, I said.
