Rude and disrespectful employee
Interviewed here for a management position with well over 10 years of experience. Was told I didn’t get the job due to the hiring of someone with more experience. To which I understand. To my surprise my friend that works there let me know that I was surpassed by a young man that belongs to a diverse community and that Boehringer staff has been put on notice to hire a more diverse management group.
