The professionalism and common courtesy for paid clients has decreased and is almost non-existent. I’ve been doing business with this office for more than 10 years and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I don’t think they understand it’s peoples lively hood that they are dealing with and lack of communication causes headache for the defendants. No one in the office from the attorneys to the front desk seem to care. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE they are nice to get the retainer fee after that you are just a number.
I cannot recommend Kevin Morris and his team enough! We retained Mr. Frawley and could not have been happier. I am not one to leave reviews, however I felt the need to here. We hired a family law attorney from this law office for a guardianship case. Communication was not great to say the least, but okay enough, up until the final day of court. Mr. Frawley was almost 30 minutes late with no advanced notice to the judge or his client. Also had an issue with requesting them to contact or call back. I called the office 4 times. Left 4 messages for the paralegal with no return call.
