Things were fine at first, everyone was very friendly. They got me in right away when I needed help. I ended up getting fitted for a partial because I had to have some teeth pulled. After I had the partial fitted, I noticed it looked crooked. I went back in for a check-up and brought this up to Dr. Boehm and he acted like he didn't care. These people do not ever answer the phone I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone since last week
Let me start by saying this, I’m almost 30 and absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. I’ve had extremely bad experiences with them. Not only that, majority of the dentists in Kentucky, where I just moved from, are money hungry and will force you to have to keep coming back to them. I didn’t get that impression here. Not at all. I felt heard, safe and well taken care of. Even with my youngest visiting for her very first appointment ever, they handled her banshee screams like pros.
