Thanks to all the ladies here! Treated my daughter like a princess! She looks even more beautiful than before!
The actual facial and esthetician were enjoyable. The customer service from other employees was not so enjoyable though. When I walked in, the employees were playing on their phones since it was dead which no biggie but then there was a moment where one lady was too busy scrolling through Facebook (I could see her phone) that she kept her back to me while talking to me which is rude. The same lady also asked "that's it?..." when I handed my tip for the esthetician which was a little over 25% of the cost of a facial. I felt l... read more

Where do I even begin to start with my hair stylist, Sarah? She provides me with the services that I request so perfectly EVERY TIME I visit her to get my hair done. She is sweet, caring, and extremely kind. She always seems to be interested in my well-being. She offers me coffee and tea frequently when I am in there. I show Sarah a picture of what I want my hair to resemble, and she nails it every time. Thanks for being the VERY BEST Sarah, and I can't wait to get my hair done again.
Tiffany McNabb and the stylist at Aveda in Slidell were absolutely amazing! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Everyone was so nice and my hair looks fabulous! Thanks again ladies!
