I have had chronic neck and shoulder tension, fatigue, and just all the time... pain in the neck! I finally decided to do something about it and I just finished my 3rd session with Ashley. My first time receiving a massage by Ash; she is very professional and knowledgeable about therapeutic modalities. I only did a 60-minute session and it was fantastic. I highly recommend Bodyworks by Ash. She cares and really understadns your needs and what you are looking for. I told her my ailments and really worked on those areas. I felt very comfortable and totally realxed afterwards. The room is very clean and welcoming.

I highly recommend Bodyworks by Ash. I’ve been a customer for over a year and have joined the wellness program. Ashley cares and is a student of her craft! If you enjoy the little things, her studio is so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing! I always feel loose and limber after her sessions and most importantly I can feel the stress leave my body.
