Ash is my go-to massage therapist in the area. She is so professional and I always walk out feeling amazing. Her bodywork never feels like she's on auto-pilot; she is actively listening and responding to what your muscles need. Can absolutely recommend!

In early 2025, I experienced neck and shoulder pain unlike anything I've had in my life. I have had chronic neck and shoulder tension, fatigue, and just all the time... pain in the neck! I finally decided to do something about it and I just finished my 3rd session with Ashley. I have been doing targeted 1 hour session for just my shoulder and neck area with some lower back thrown in there.
