Super chill vibe and very friendly atmosphere. Body Works Alpha Annex has everything you need for a great workout, and it’s never overly crowded. It’s also very family friendly, there’s even a space for kids to play while parents get their workout in. Tyler, the owner, is awesome, he’s always friendly, caring, and makes everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a supportive place to train in Eureka! Best gym ive been apart of!

Definitely a place for younger people that like to work out to loud hip hop music. They've got a nice boxing set up too. To respond. I've got over to planet fitness. They don't have little kids or dogs running around in the gym

Absolutely the best gym in Humboldt. The owners are knowledgeable and it's a welcoming atmosphere. Great boxing room in the back.

I love this gym so much. It’s family friendly and everyone is always so nice. From the personal trainers to the owners. Jamila and Tyler really make this gym feel special. They offer great personal training coaches, nutrition advice, and boxing for all ages. I love this gym because it’s a lifting gym and the vibes are always awesome. Ross is my personal trainer and I’ve lost weight, kept it off, and have gained muscle. The support group here is amazing! Come check it out if you’re thinking of switching gyms!
