I can’t recommend Ryan enough! I’ve had quite a few sessions with him and each time he really listens to what I specified were my problem areas and works intentionally to target those concerns. I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably less tension. Highly recommend if you want someone who genuinely cares about helping you feel your best.
I’ve been dealing with an autoimmune condition for years that leaves my spine and joints in constant pain, with super tight muscles and pretty bad posture from not being able to move much. Ryan is awesome at what he does ! Prior to the massage he takes the time and listens to what areas he needs to focus on. He also gave me insight as to why I was experiencing those problem areas and how I can try to alleviate my discomfort at home with some stretches.Overall, the massage was great and the space was really nice and clean ! I would 100 percent recommended Ryan. I will be back soon
Ryan is an amazing massage therapist. I have been to many and he is one of the best! I really love how Ryan checks in with you about areas you want to focus on but does a great job of also working on the rest of your body. He provides a perfect combo of deep tissue work and getting into tight areas and breaking down adhesions and proving relaxation and more gentle massage as well. I feel much more flexible and light after his sessions!
Ryan is a wonderful massage therapist! He's been working with me for about a year, and he's the best I've ever had! I feel so lucky!
