I have been participating in the 6 week Challenge for 1.5 weeks now and I absolutely love my experience this far!! The workouts are challenging. The environment is awesome! No gym-timidation here. And the results are phenomenal!! I was able to lose 8.5 lbs my first week after yoyo-ing for more than a year. I've been consistently working out for two consecutive years but the system I used at Bodytrac works!! The trainers are Awesome ‼️ Very kind and caring but don't let that fool you, they kick your butt in the best way 😊
