BodyTrac has been the perfect gym experience. James and his staff - Hi Elijah - are caring and capable in how they help their clients meet their goals. From the true beginner .. like myself .. to the more advanced members, the trainers always give the attention and guidance needed. Plus .. the facilities are clean and well maintained. It's been a pleasure since day one!
James and his team are amazing!! I love the personalized touch and care they provide. I, even tho not in the moment, loved how they pushed me to levels I didn't think I was capable of getting to.
