This is one of my favorite gyms in the area. The gym is spotless, all the machines and equipment are new, it is always clean and well-kept. The staff is super friendly starting from the front desk to all of the trainers. My favorite trainer in particular happens to be Kevin. I have been here to work out with my son and I am also not an expert and Kevin always makes sure that we’re doing the exercises the right way so that we don’t hurt ourselves and if there is a need for a modification he’ll immediately tell you what to do ... read more

This is the first Bodytek studio I started at before moving to Fort Lauderdale and using the Wilton Manors studio. Always a pleasure to return here and get a great workout when my schedule takes me to Miami. Super spacious, clean, and with great showers to get ready for my next meeting. Kevin and Mike V are great trainers!
