This diet program is very doable and allows you to get results. But, more than the program, I want to recommend Body Tech. They are wonderful coaches, supportive, informed, caring and helpful. I am very grateful for their support and highly recommend them. Chantal Santelices
I started the program about 3 weeks ago and was very nervous....I've been on so many diets and programs! But this is the one for me....everyone is so supportive! My "coach" is Jackie...she is terrific! She understands my fear of not being successful and is so encouraging! I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to succeed and needs the support.
I could not be more thrilled with a Weight Loss program than I am with My Body Tech. The staff, every single one, are incredibly warm, friendly, and down to earth. I have never felt awkward or self conscious at any of my appointments. The staff at BodyTech are incredible. I lost 50lbs and am in my 3rd month of Phase 4. I called several clinics before finding BodyTech and they either didn't answer my call or couldn't accommodate my schedule. Jan and the BodyTech staff went above and beyond for me. They knew me by name on my second visit! Furthermore, I love that BodyTech isn't run out of a doctor or chiropractor office. I can't recommend this clinic enough!
