RecommendedBodyTech is the best. I started 1/1/16 and lost over 100 pounds. It took about 15 months. My goal was a year but who cares? That's good, but what makes BodyTech BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE, is that I've kept it off ever since. I go back for free coaching and pick up some healthy "snacks". It really works. Besides losing weight, I also lowered my blood pressure by 30 points. I highly recommend BodyTech. The staff there are super supportive without the pressure. It has changed my whole outlook on how I eat. It really is life changing.
What I like most about Bodytech is the great advice and insights the coaches have about being mindful when eating. With BodyTech I reached my goal and felt great knowing I'm in control of what I have. Very good vibes in the store. Not to mention the variety of foods in store makes it easier to stay on track. Dieting is hard, but made easier with BodyTech/Ideal Protein. it is a program to lose weight and keep it off - simply. It worked for me and now I have less pain in my feet and back, more energy, and generally feel great! Over the course of several months I lost nearly 40 pounds and can now buy regular size clothes again! I'm so grateful for my coach, Jan, who I still see see weekly to keep myself in check. The staff is the best, always postive and helpful!

BodyTech is the place you want to be if you need or want to be healthy and lose weight. I say be healthy first because every person there focuses on how to help you live a healthier life through the IP program. They support you through your weight loss and after and if you have a slip-up, they support you without judgement.
