Had a super experience the other day in the Float Center! Left feeling completely relaxed; like I had a massage! I'll definitely be back for another day of relaxation :)
Upon arriving to Bodymind Float Center, I left my expectations and worries at the door and went into this with an open mind. The knowledgeable staff was warm, hospitable and happy to answer any and all questions. The bathroom, primp room and float room were all clean, comfortable and inviting. All basic amenities (and then some!) are provided so you do not have to deal with packing toiletries in with you. This is an amazing treat for yourself or as a gift! I was a little unsure at first but at some point in the 90 minute float I just relaxed and I left feeling great. Im super pleased to have a place like this in Syracuse!
Super relaxing - beyond relaxation of a massage . Staff are great !!
Great visit today, staff very helpful, facilities comfortable and clean. Going to be a little bit of a learning curve but, first session was awesome. I expect the experience will continue to grow with each tank visit.
From the moment you walked in the door you felt welcomed and pampered. The facility is spotless with great attention to hygiene. We tried the Salt room 1st, relaxing experience. Will be back again soon to float. Thanks Bodymind for giving Syracuse a chance! �
This was so different of an experience than I have ever had before. I think it will be something I will learn to love. My meditation skills are weak and I think this will assist me honing in on them. Beautiful place.
