My daughter and I went for our first float and it was amazing ! I've been doing yoga and relaxation for years and this just enhances everything !! The facility and staff were top notch and we cant wait to go back ! Already booked another session with a friend and a couples session. If you are at all interested in floating just do it,you won't be disappointed ! I would recommend doing the salt room therapy session after so you can relax and take it all in.
Loved, loved, loved my float today. It was so relaxing. I first thought that a 90 minute session would be too long but the time went by so fast. The staff were pleasant and professional. The room and pool that I had was very warm, clean and inviting. What a beautiful place. I will be back.
My wife and I did a couple's float session. This was our first time floating and it was an incredible experience! We both have chronic back pain and we left completely pain free. I also noticed my hair and skin were very soft afterwards. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean and welcoming. We can't wait to go back!
Had my first float Saturday. It was a wonderful experience. I wasn't sure what to expect...could I last 90 minutes, would the salt water bother me.....could I "live in my head" undeterred by sight or sound? As challenging as it was to completely let go--I did. I cannot wait to go back and immerse myself in this experience again--this time untethered by self doubt and anxiety.
After driving out to Rochester for the past 2 years to get my float on, I couldn't be happier to have a Syracuse location finally open. If you have a chance to check it out, do it. It's been life changing for me.
Tranquility at its best. Did my first float and loved it. I'm now a monthly member.
This was an amazing experience. Very relaxing! We will be back!!!
