As a massage therapist, my muscles and ligaments are always tired and sore, and tight. I've been to bodymind a couple times now and both experiences failed to disappoint. You feel relaxed and refreshed after, the facility is clean, and the staff is sooooo nice and calm. Really a great experience. I highly recommend getting floats, and I'm sorry I didn't review sooner!!!!

I went with my boyfriend for the first time today and we booked the cathedral pool. I was nervous and didn't know if I would feel claustrophobic. It ended up being incredible. I love that they provide neck support pillows and it was so relaxing. My back hurt before I went but after, all my muscles were incredibly relaxed.
