Had my first float tonight.. I'm claustrophobic and didn't know how it would go but I loved every minute of it!! Very relaxing!! Would definitely do it again!
Such a peaceful and grounding experience. The perfect opportunity to turn off your mind and do a master reset. Will definitely be coming back for more!

I have floated twice now and it is amazing, what a way to get centered and balanced again. I lead a weekly meditation and this was incredible. Cant wait to float again. if you have not tried please do it is so worth it. I must get on a once a month plan. The staff are excellent as well very welcoming and accommodating. you guys Rock the Roc!

Did my first float today in the cathedral pool and for me being 6'7" tall I still had plenty of room all around. I bought a gift certificate on my way out I loved it so much. 5 stars!
I just called and they even sound soothing over the phone. They offer excellent deals for people who have existing medical issues. I plan to take my daughter.
