Had a great first time experience! I deal with a lot of back pain and also I have hip dysplasia. This helps relieve all the pressure points since the salt does all the work. I'm deaf also, so they were very accommodating for me and I would recommend it for anybody who needs an hour and half of peace and quiet. It does wonders for my skin also!
I loved it! The staff are exceptionally welcoming and informative if it's your first time. The float was so relaxing and I felt so refreshed when I was done. I only wish the water was a little warmer...but that's because I'm always cold.
I went on Sunday for a couples float in the Cathedral. Unfortunately, my husband got nauseated like he does when he is on his back under a car trying to work on it, so he had to get out after five minutes. I loved it! The 90 minutes went by in a flash. Sciatic nerve pain that I have had since I was pregnant with my son in 1997 was relieved for more than a week.
