Seriously the worst customer service ever I ask to get tested for hormones imbalance, which the lady on the phone told me they do here. Places me on a brief hold then says that nobody can see and the doctor is leaving indefinitely as an excuse . Get organized for crying out loud and most importantly why tell a potential patient 1 thing and then turn them down the next.
I love Dr. Okereke and Chioma as well. Dr. Okereke reviews your lab results thoroughly and determines which levels of hormones will work best for you. My quality of life has improved immensely with these visits. The supplements make me feel amazing as well. Highly recommend!
Dr. Okereke is fabulous! She spends more time explaining all of my results and talking with me than most doctors spend with 2-3 patients. I never have to wait for my appointments and she and her staff are very friendly. I would highly reccomend her.
