I had been a member of bodyheat tanning for almost five years. I had cancelled, and rejoined a few times. In May of 09' I cancelled my membership at one of the branches. The company continued to rack up charges in their system. When I returned to resign in November, the clerk told me that I had unpaid dues and was unable to tan. Tanning salon is far from nice – Tis tanning salon has great beds but horrible under educated staff members! I got cussed out by a manager. I called corporate and they did nothing.. They need training in service!
DESIGNER TAN IS THE WORST TANNING SALON IN LAS VEGAS – Without a doubt the WORST tanning salon I have ever experienced. Not only do I not recommend them, but in light of thier poor record keeping, inept staff, and low quality conditions that occured only after they took over ownership from BodyHeat tanning, I am seriously considering legal action against them. They are the worst business I have experienced in my 20 years of living in Las Vegas.

Rio Tan, E. Flamingo – The fist time I went in I wasn't really sure want to expect because I had never tanned before. I told the guy at the desk that I had never tanned before so he showed me all of their beds and explained the intensity of each one so that I could make an educated decision on which one to use. I was very impressed with his knowledge and courtesy, he even cleaned the bed right in front of me to ensure that I knew it was clean. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back!
