He was able to effectively demonstrate anything I was unsure of and gave me expert advice to not only reduce my pain, but further strengthen the area to reduce any injury risk in the future as well. Myfirst appointment with Bodyfocus was amazing. I wish had known Richard couple of months ago.My toe nails were in very bad shape, and uncomfortable when walking.
