Unfortunately, the Botox was not effective in paralyzing the muscles. I get 40 units of Botox quarterly in my forehead and frown lines and never had an issue with removing wrinkles and stopping my muscles from moving. Sadly, this place did not inject enough of the product.
DO NOT GO!!! This place violated my HIPAA rights....TWICE. They are awful. They posted intimate photos of me after I explicitly told them no. They profusely apologized and said it was a mistake, and then did it again a year later and posted my photo across social media. When I called them out, the owner Eugene called me on the phone and was so beyond disrespectful and rude- He SCREAMED at me for over 15 minutes, accusing me of hurting his business. My Botox lasted a month and a half before completely fading. When I booked an appt to get it touched up, thinking it would be on the house being that it’s supposed to last 3-4 months and I paid full price, I was met with attitude from the injector who informed me that any additional units would be charged at full cost and that next time I should try a different product. -excellent expertise from technician on botox site usage on face -product is genuine and generally lasts 4-6 months; it is not old product. i have been going here for roughly the past seven years on and off and i have not noticed any concerns with a stale product -i only use this place for botox. i don't know about other services, but that is my experience for botox
