Body Central was recommended to me by my primary care physician. I noticed my posture suffering from age and the effects of working on a pottery wheel for hours a day. After only a few sessions and doing the easy exercises at home that they taught me, I feel better, my posture is improving and I can feel improved flexibility. I highly recommend Body Central for physical therapy needs.
I go to the Tanque Verde office and I see Physical Therapist Laura Haley. She is a great therapist but she is also very good about listening to her patients. The whole office works together as a team to help you get the best care. I highly recommend Body Central!
BodyCentral is so amazing and all the employees there also they have been working with me for about 3 weeks now and I'm doing so well because of there of care for me and helping me get back to 100% I've been going to the one on Cartaro Rd. Dr. Bridgette Danton is very thorough with her exercises. She has given me excellent advice.

Lack of organization and transparency. Unprofessional atmosphere, does not return phone calls promptly and overall confusion over scheduling. Body Central appears more concerned about their bottom line than clients. This is not the place for serious rehab.
Wonderful, especially Yeri. I've had horrible coccyx and low back pain. I thought I never was going to be able to sit in a chair again. I can now after a year of consistent visits and following all her directions to a tee I can now sit and drive without any discomfort. She changed my life....thank you for all your support and work YERI!
Body Central and the staff at the Cortaro location helped my daughter recover from two surgeries related to gymnastics injuries. They supported her, listened to her, and helped her trust the process. We are forever grateful.
