RecommendedThe massage and stretching of my neck and shoulder. Most places do the exercise heat and tens unit, but with the. massage and stretch I feel it is making a difference. I sure wish my first three rounds we're here. Praying I'm approved for more after tmr.

RecommendedOver many years, OPTM staff have helped me rehab from knee, neck, wrist and other injuries. Most recently, Ben helped me with my knee, evaluating not just the knee, but everything that affects the knee. Then developing a treatment plan to address those issues and give me the tools to hopefully avoid/delay future issues. And I'm now back to hiking pain-free with no inflammation! Thank you!
