RecommendedBody Central was recommended to me by my primary care physician. I noticed my posture suffering from age and the effects of working on a pottery wheel for hours a day. After only a few sessions and doing the easy exercises at home that they taught me, I feel better, my posture is improving and I can feel improved flexibility. I highly recommend Body Central for physical therapy needs.
RecommendedOver many years, OPTM staff have helped me rehab from knee, neck, wrist and other injuries. Most recently, Ben helped me with my knee, evaluating not just the knee, but everything that affects the knee. Then developing a treatment plan to address those issues and give me the tools to hopefully avoid/delay future issues. And I'm now back to hiking pain-free with no inflammation! Thank you!
RecommendedI go to the Tanque Verde office and I see Physical Therapist Laura Haley. She is a great therapist but she is also very good about listening to her patients. The whole office works together as a team to help you get the best care. I highly recommend Body Central!
