Love Paula and this place! Have been going for years and have seen the transformation of her cute studio to what it is now! Paula is kind, caring and meticulous with her work! She goes above and beyond to make you feel beautiful and comfortable. Thanks Paula!!!
If you simply look at the way this “Business Owner” handles her one star reviews and avoids accountability by victim blaming - you may want to stay away from this place at all costs. My partner had very bad experience with one of her employees which Paula acknowledged clearly through text. Once an honest review was posted she switched to victim blaming her instead of staying accountable. I will not be going back. I was supposed to be booked with Paula for a full lower body wax but when I arrived she handed my appointment over to another technician who completely ruined my skin, left multiple patches of hair behind and traumatized me.
