I booked services for this place on Groupon and I’ve called them probably over 10 times in the past 3 months leading up to the expiration date of the Groupons. They never answered the phone or returned my calls making it impossible for me to use the services that I had ALREADY PAID FOR. So unprofessional, do not recommend.
I had a great esthetician, but she left and I have tried reaching out , email , calling and no one is reaching out I paid for 3 sessions , got one and I have not been reimbursed for the next ones Please do not book a session until they solve this issue as they have no esthetician available so why still book sessions Other than that no it says open but no one is at the location to get a hold of Unprofessional I understand it’s an emergency but communication would help Instead of just leaving us clueless and us paying for some... read more
STEALS MONEY: If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had a reoccurring membership to get laser every month. In September, I had showed up for my appointment and no one was there to let me in. Apparently, the esthetician quit, but for some reason no one reached out to let me know. I was then told I would get laser for free the month after my membership was over due to them charging me when I did not receive a service that month. I booked an appointment, received confirmation but when I got to the place I stood by the door and knocked for 30min to realize there was no one there. Very disrespectful not matter what is the explanation. I still didn’t hear from them. I DO NOT recommend the place
Abysmal business. They will take your money and not perform for you the services you purchase! Came from the suburbs for a scheduled appointment only for NO ONE to answer phone and locked door upon coming for scheduled appointment…and they will not refund you! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BODYBRITE CHICAGO unless you want to be SCAMMED.
