Sam is honestly INSANE — so, so good! My daughter was already very flexible and strong, but back flexibility and back leg extensions were never her strongest areas. After just 5 privates with Sam, the improvement is incredible — she is unlocking her shoulders and back and is even getting close to her needle! We will definitely be doing many more sessions with Sam this summer. Cannot recommend her enough! 🩷
