It's been years since I got a haircut because of a bad experience at another salon where they cut my hair that I asked for below my shoulders a little above my chin. I was nervous but desperately needed a cut. Lori and I agreed on a length before we got started and she honored that length. She did an amazing job with some layering. I'll never go anywhere else
