Great place to work out. I just wish the hours were later.
Stephanie Whittington is one of the best fitness trainers I have ever met.. she leads by example & is my yoga go to person.. she will inspire anyone & everyone to become leaner, stronger & healthier

Great staff. Very clean. Classes are very challenging but taught with lower versions to the moves so you can build up to higher versions, but it's really fun and motivating. Awesome place for women of all ages.
