I am so drawn to this place. I get to meet wonderful people. The owner is delightful. I visit at least five times a week. They're open 24 hours. That's excellent! I highly recommend this fitness center. It is far more than just trainers and clients relationships. It is an holistic experience. Kay, The owner, is such a gentle spirit but she works one hard with the "butts and guts" sessions. I truly enjoy being a member of this gym. The classes are excellent and the trainers are extraordinary! Body Tech is a special place and I recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic fitness community.
I have been training there for the past 20 years while visiting my parents from Florida. Kay and her staff are the absolute BEST. I can't wait until next month when I return again.��
A bit small but one of the best gyms around. It has a slightly grungy feeling but I love it!
Honestly, its a gym just like any other gym. Its only 24hrs. I enjoyed the workout and I actually felt good afterwards. This is something that I need to do consistently in order for it to work for me. I've tried many gyms and started out good, but distractions get in the way and I end up just giving my money away with no benefit to me. So I'm back here again, but I'm going to try harder and prayerfully it will give me the results I'm looking for.
Great place to work out at your own pace! Wonderful, friendly & supportive staff.
I love this gym, every summer I came home from college I was there. Even Now whenever I visit for an extended period I only go to body tech. Great people and great environment, a place where real gains are made!
