Rita is incredible. She’s sweet and helpful. She’s always providing me great health tips and advice that I’ve been using. On top of that, all the services she provides are top notch. I got Velashape done and it’s so wonderful. After even the first session, my husband and I noticed a difference. She has a better technique than a lot of the other places I’ve visited. After doing quite a bit of research on Kybella, I chose to see Rita at Body and Soul to have it done. Zeina was my nurse, and was absolutely excellent at explaining the procedure, easing all of my concerns. She did a wonderful job educating me on the process, what I should except, and setting realistic expectations of results. I would absolutely recommended Body and Soul, I can’t wait to go back.

Awesome staff. I have been to the spa a couple times my experience is great, i feel that im home. Staff is inviting and friendly. I had the hair removal treatment done i love the results never thought this would work for me but I definitely will recommend to anyone thats looking for hair removal in any part of the body. Also had teeth whitening which also love it, VelaShape ,microdermabrasion and im looking forward to my next appointment 😀Thank u guys for making me feel beautiful every time.

Rita and Xena were an incredible team; very caring, honest, and kind. Excellent work. Will be back even though it’s an hour’s Drive, it’s well worth it! Thank you both for helping me look like the “best” me ;)
Just tried the hydro-dermabrasion and light therapy on my face. I have to say, my skin feels and looks great! Very nice place and atmosphere, and Rita is very conscientious with her clients. I highly recommend both services!
