I just had a massage with Melissa and she was AMAZING. I had very little hope going into it because I've never had a really good massage before but I was desperate and I came out feeling 100% better I'm so happy I found this hidden gem it's so reasonably priced and so freaking worth it
Tony knows what he is doing and the results are immediate and amazing!!! The atmosphere is great down to the music bed playing in the background. Highly recommend.
I've been to many places and paid from $30 to $150, and have NEVER had a massage as good as I'm getting at Body and Sole. Tony and Penny to AMAZING work, so much so, that I walk out damn near punch drunk. I especially recommend that athletes have Penny walk on them, it does wonders!

The whole staff is wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable, if you want a great professional massage I highly recommend Courtney M. She is the best, and knows just how much pressure to apply to loosen up stressed and tensed muscles. I came out feeling alive, refreshed and relaxed, an hour of paradise.
