I came to Dr Garber as an ultra runner with some nagging ankle pain. He was able to not only help with that but provide exercises that has made me an all around more resilient runner. It is great to have someone quickly available to consult on any other questions or injuries that come up as life goes on.
Working with Cam was great. I primarily had bad shoulder pain that inhibited me from doing my normal workout routine. Couldn't lift above my head nor bench like usual. Cam set me up with several exercises to solve the problem. The key was sticking to the exercise, but after a month or so, the pain was minimized (and gone, now) and I'm able to workout and use my shoulder as normal.
