Seriously my go to gym if your in the Livonia, Plymouth or Westland area. It just has that old school feeling that's hard to come by in most gyms.

Great gym, the owner/staff are great. Always clean and everything is always in its place.Cant beat the prices on high quality supplements..I wouldn't go back to LA fitness if it were free.
