Zero follow up/customer service when issues arise. I had my work clothes/shoes stolen from a locker over a week ago. (Yes I fully own not having a lock, just never had to worry about that at my old gym.) I left my information, description of items taken, and day/time of the incident and have called back in every single day. I keep being told that the GM will call back when she has a chance, or that she is busy. I also keep being told that an employee is leaving a note on her desk. There must be 4-5 notes at this point.
