I work out with a Personal Trainer and it's the best thing I can do for myself and for my overall wellness. My trainer is Andrea Poe and she is AWESOME! Today, in addition to my custom-designed program, she rolled my stiff muscles with the tiger bar and I feel terrific. I returned to work today feeling sharp and confident.
