They make it easy to join but try and make you jump through hoops bunch of red tape, to cancel your membership.
I can’t join online, call, or in person
This place is nasty dirty and run like a joke. Equipment never gets cleaned by staff, and only a select few members clean up after themselves. Bathroom (men's) is NEVER clean, it's like a public gas station bathroom in there and I feel like I'm going to get a disease. This Wasilla location is exactly what you Don't want in a gym. Management: takes notes, planet fitness is coming to take your business away.
