Amanda is so knowledgeable about the muscles and tension of the body. At times I am not sure what she should focus her time on, what part of my body. Amanda assesses my body at the beginning of each massage (MFR). I know I will feel relief after she treats me.
I see Amanda for help with lower back pain that’s caused significant day-to-day problems for me at work for quite a while. After having visited a handful of chiropractic offices and massage practices, I’m happy to have found someone that seems to understand both the issue and cause, and knows what to do to help mitigate the pain and discomfort. Amanda very clearly has so much knowledge about what she does and excels at it! Everything felt amazing and the ambiance was great. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be back!
Amanda does a great massage. She individualizes it to your needs and listens to what you want worked on, while also assessing and finding areas that you may not know are causing/feeding your problem areas. I always feel better for a while after a massage with her and wish I could go every week!
I had such a great experience at Body Remedi. I had myofascial release work done and it was so helpful and transformative. Amazing!
