After my therapist moved away I visited a few therapists without finding the right fit. Kelly has received good reviews and I liked the idea of an independent local person so I had a massage recently. Kelly is wonderful! She asked quite a few questions before and during the massage to understand what I needed and gave a great massage. I felt good immediately after and in the days since. I wish I'd found her sooner and I'll definitely be back - I highly recommend her!

I have not gotten a massage in a while and Kelly was very understanding of this by going lighter on the pressure and frequently checking in. It was a very relaxing and overall fantastic experience. I would highly recommend giving Body Plan a try.
