This was my third visit! Ivy and Sean both did my piercings. Ivy did 4 of my piercings and did SUCH an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and focusing on my breathing as she did my piercings (helix and mid helix). She was very funny and sweet as well which made the experience that much more comfortable. Sean did my ear lob piercings, the ones above my hoops. He was very professional and kind! It was a breeze. Staff was amazingly nice. Super straight forward and calm. Daughter (8) had her ears pierced, Ivy was awesome! Jewelry is reasonably priced depending on what you chose! Also location is super clean. Edit to add my son got his done, he was more nervous. Ivy was super calm and supportive. He was absolutely stoked after.
Got a naval piercing and had such a smooth and educational experience w Sean and Chey! I was really nervous about the piercing itself but it was super easy and fast. The place was very clean and welcoming. Great customer service from everyone!

The stop was very clean and inviting. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Originally, I scheduled for 2 ear piercings, but they took the time to talk to me and see what I truly needed. Ivy made me feel comfortable and was able to help recover my older piercings by stretching them out rather than repiercing. Thank you for caring about me as a person not just a customer.
