I’m not a review person, but I wanted to be able to respond to the other review, because I know the owner won’t. She is too nice of a person. I have been coming to Body Perfections for 3 years for different services and I always love my sessions. Every year she gives us Valentines gifts, Mother’s Day gifts and Christmas gifts. My one-star rating is, in fact, excessively generous. My experience with this service provider was profoundly unprofessional and borders on fraudulent. The difficulties began with the initial scheduling; it took nearly a month to secure an appointment due to her chronic unavailability and failure to answer her phone.
