I’ve been to several body shops, including BMW repair shops, and this team truly stands out. After my car was rear-ended, I met with Shun, the appraiser, and immediately felt confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. During the repair process, I stopped by a couple of times to check on progress and spoke with Troy, the general manager, who was consistently honest and courteous. The Body and Paint Center was fast , professional and decently priced. Great communication throughout !
Took great care of my Kia both times I brought it here. They had a great direct line of communication with my insurance and worked with speed and quality to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Troy the GM was especially kind, friendly and accommodating both times. Heather also hooked me up with a rental car at a great daily rate and coordinated it completely for me since I didn't have a rental benefit on my policy. I can't recommend them enough for body work!
