I had the most wonderful massage today. Lovely space.
Body of Light Family Chiropractic was extremely helpful during two of my pregnancies. During one pregnancy my baby was transverse and during another the baby was breech (at 37/38 weeks). Both times I saw Dr. David and he utilized the Webster technique to improve the alignment of my pelvis. This helped with round ligament pain and ultimately resulted in my babies moving into a favorable position. Unfortunately, I had a pretty poor massage with Tricia. $150/hr is very expensive & the bed was very thin/flimsy and cold. Massage wise - she didn't work any knots. She didn't even massage my entire body. It was mostly hot stones placed on me and an oil (very oily, too oily) rubbed on my limbs (she didn't get the front of my legs or the front of my shoulders).
